There’s no significant correlation between prostate cancer and a hernia repair. They really are two completely different things.

Your PSA isn’t that high. It could just be that Your body is stressed after the surgery and your PSA roses as result. See if your PSA starts to drop over time that’s the most important thing to do. Make sure not to have sex for two days before you get your PSA tested.

@jeffmarc Thank you. Will do. I was worried since at my annual physical it was always .8 and when it jumped to 4.3 at this year's physical I was nervous and wasn't sure if maybe inflammation from the bi lateral surgery 3 weeks ago could have caused it to rise up 3 points.
