A Nurse Practitioner recently suggested the Pure Encapsulations Alpha Lipoic Acid brand. I can't recall whether they come in a larger size or strength. However, I purchased the 600mg with 60 capsules in the bottle. It is expensive, but if it helps to relieve the numbness in my feet, I will be only too happy to spend the money.
