@2buddy If I remember correctly, my doctor said my vitamin D levels should be around 50, If it gets too high, it can be toxic. That would be a question to ask. After your levels get lower, perhaps you can discuss what dosage would be optimal for Vitamin D. FYI, I also had Hashimotos. That was related to old silver dental fillings that were toxic and I improved a lot after those were removed.

@jiferhunter I had quite a few of the old was it amalgamine fillings removed and replaced with crowns , but still have quite a few left in my mouth. So this could be the reason I got Hashimotos? It seems that even though I'm old that the D I get is from the sun. Other than this just a kirkland MVI which does have some D within it.
