@johnny1955 - Hi Johnny - I can really eat most anything, but tend to eat more turkey products (turkey ground meat, hot dogs, etc.) because it's less fatty and easier for me to digest. I really haven't found anything I couldn't digest once I had the right dosage.

For high calorie items, I eat a lot of nuts (mostly walnuts that has really helped my cholesterol levels) and peanut butter because the fat in it helps slow the blood sugar carb spike.

I eat breakfast (eggs/toast), mid morning snack (variety), lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner, and some yogurt/walnuts before bed.

Might be worth asking your Doctor if they work with a nutritionist to help you plan a diet that works for you
