@johnny1955 - Absolutely - from AbbVie's site - Signs of not taking enough Creon may include oily or foul-smelling stools, weight loss, bloating, gas, and abdominal pain. If you experience these symptoms, consult your healthcare provider to adjust your dosage.

It took a bit for me to figure out the foods and dosages and sometimes I forget to take Creon with a meal, I remember why I take it 🙂

I would reach out to your Doctor to get their thoughts on adjusting your dosage as losing weight and cramps sounds like malabsorption. I lost about 30 pounds after my surgery and have managed to keep it stable ever since (but I eat a lot of calories to maintain the weight.)

@matt2024 what type of high calories do you eat.

Good idea talk to your doctor, also ask about a nutritionist. I had to bump up my creon dosage when I started on chemotherapy 7 weeks post op Whipple.
