I started CPAP last December. I have moved to a BIPAP and oxygen. I have some good nights and some bad nights with this system. That said, I am much more optimistic that we are moving to a system that works for me. I started with nasal pillow and have worked my way through several masks ending with a full face mask. I recently had some dental surgery that required me to go back to the nose pillows combining it with the hose from the top which I didn't have the first go round. This time that system is working. I am convinced the hose in the top is best for side/stomach sleepers because it doesn't interfere with arm movement. I have had the oxygen supplement for a week now and feel it is making a difference.

@dalebout123 I use the full face mask, its not fun when going on your side and hear the psssssssssssssssssst of air escaping ive tried a few others and being a mouth breather plus some of the material used in the partial masks being so thin I had to use the full gace mask. I agree , having used the one where the pipe is at the top is a better idea for side sleepers.
