@udodgethis999 I had rectocele surgery this year for prolapse . I had no problem whatsoever. Unfortunately pelvic floor PT is not successful for this it is better for bladder prolapse. Before the surgery I used what is called a Myaid Femmeze device. I can’t recommend this enough until I had my surgery. You need a urogynecologist to perform the surgery.

@kristie2 I am fortunate I found a pelvic floor PT that is helping me with preparing me for the surgery for rectocele I will be having again in March. I agree not all pelvic PT s are.

I am glad the Femmeze worked for you. It caused alot of irritation for me and triggered my vulvadynia again, so I had to stop. Just another point of reference for everyone. It may be just you need. It is always trial and learning while on this journey.
