ADT gave me very bad depression as well as brain fog. I was put on Wellbutrin. The brain fog and loss of energy cleared up almost immediately, and the depression started to lift about a month later. Wellbutrin, BTW, is one of the few antidepressants that doesn't have sexual side effects for most people (if that is important to you). I was on 300 mg extended release once a day in the morning (when it kicks in it felt like 3 cups of coffee), and now am on 150 mg and hope to wean off that eventually though the doctor says there is no rush if it's helping.
