I am having the same issue when I first started it. It was OK and when I took the second dose, I was starting to have immediately joint pain, shoulder pain, neck, pain, back pain, hip pain. I feel like I’m taking way too much Tylenol and it’s not helping that much. My doctor told me to stop it. I’m not gonna do a third dose. I think I’m gonna try to not take it and just start on the cholesterol medicine again and see wait till the half-life is over with and see how I feel.
@llynch17056 that is close to my experience as well. I did not experience the side effects right away (they came on slower than statins) and they never lessened, they only got worse. The back ache was so bad that I felt strong pain every time I took a step or rolled over in bed. While the pain got better once I was off, I do think I am left with more back pain that before I took Repatha.

This was my experience. It took four shots for the side effects to be worse. Not doable! diarrhea, failure to void urine and deep severe itching.
