@johnny1955 - thanks. I take three 36,000 unit capsules with meals and one with snacks. Here's a dosage calculator from AbbVie that helped me dial in the right dosage -> https://www.creonhcp.com/dosing-calculator. Might be worth checking on it to see if that helps. For me, fatty or protein heavy meals need more Creon to avoid the undesirable side effects of insufficiency.
