Hi - sorry to hear you are going through that. I had a total pancreatectomy about 6 years ago and experience similar effects when my Creon enzyme dosage isn't quite right for the meal I ate. Did they prescribe Creon for you? It could be pancreatic insufficiency and the dosage might need to be changed (or started.)

@matt2024 I am having more cramps with 2 capsules so I started taking only one capsule but not sure if this is good.

@matt2024 I am taking creon and since I don't eat much i only take 1 capsule. My pancreasedoes not work at all.
