Yes, likewise, for me, about two months post-surgery, I find that my continence does improve overall, but periodically, for a few days I seem to go retrograde in progress, which isn't linear.
Just gotta "go with the flow", I guess!

Yes, exactly like that ! Beside surprisingly long stretches of good days, there is always a day when one is bewildered with unexplainable "B-" grade XP
He than blames me for making him burst in unexpected burst of laughter - but hey, laughter is medicine - right ? Luckily good days over time become a norm and small squirts real rarity.
