@indyguy Many of those terms (e.g., T2, DWI) are ones the specialists reading the scans use.

Your initial focus should be on the:
> PIRADS 2 & 3
> Prostate Volume: 172 cc (which helps explain the comment about benign prostatic hyperplasia)

On the PIRADS scale of 1 to 5:
> PIRADS 2 indicates that “Clinically significant cancer is unlikely.”
> PIRADS 3 means that they’re unsure if cancer or inflammation is present, and it is often managed with further investigation like a biopsy to get a definitive result.

You have a large prostate; what have your PSAs been? And your PSA Density?

Unless there have been other issues, I wouldn’t start worrying about anything yet. See what further information the biopsy provides.
