@dormor321 That is great. You will keep getting better. It took me a good 5-6 mths. It's been over 2 yrs and I am so happy to have had the surgery. They hardest part is feeling full quick. Its small meals and lots of fluids. My hardest thing is making sure I get all my fruits, veggies, and protein.
I have not had to take anything OTC for fiber or constipation. (maybe 2 - 3 time and just had MiraLAX)
Go to's are bananas, avocado and stone ground bread. I also have a grapefruit everyday late afternoon. WALK every time you eat!

@dormor321 hi, it sounds like you are on a better path after so much suffering…quite a story ! It does seem to me that dietary advice is a weakness in the medical community….doctors, even nutritionists, urge people to eat too much/too much fiber too fast before they are properly healing. your story can help others-thank you, and I wish you good health !
