I'm so sorry that the appointment coordinator was rude. That is not Mayo's standard. If you're willing to wait, call the appointment coordinator to see when the first available appointment on a Monday or Tues is available. If nothing is available, ask when calendars for future months open up. Mayo opens calendars for future months about 2-3 months ahead, depending on the section.
Also, sometimes if you go on the portal, you can try to reschedule an appointment and it will show if anything is available.

@roch thank you. I will see. I kind of don't want to call back but maybe I will get someone else. I will at the least keep this appointment after some responses I got. I hate to wait too long and feel lucky to get it. It just was sounding like it was going to be no different after over two years of trying to see what is going on through various tests and appointments here. But people here have been helpful glad I found this forum. Thank you.
