@sueinmn please help me. My dad is 6 and mom 5 6.5 i havent grown since i was 14 and today im 15.3 i also started at 11.5-12.5 and grew fast up till 14. Am i truly done forever? I wish to reach 6 feet or above if still possible. My maternal grandfather is 6 2.5 and everyone else in moms family is in the 5 10-6 3 range

@fuhrer99 I think you can breathe a sigh of relief. Guys often grow during high school and even beyond. My brothers and son-in-law all added inches until they were 20.
Just keep in mind that you cannot do anything about your height, except to focus on being as healthy as possible - good food, enough rest, plenty of exercise, no alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs.
Develop your personality without focusing on physical size - if you are sincere and interesting, nobody cares how tall you are!
