Yes. I drink one liquid IV a day, with a lot of water. I’m not deficient in any vitamins and electrolytes look good on paper.

After focusing on the actual spasms… I think they are veins twitching, not muscles. The cramps are usually up the front of the calf and the back of the calf… at the same time.

CT scan on heart issue next. I’ve also been referred to pulmonologist.

Thanks for the recommendation! I will definitely try that brand.

I started using the brand--BodyArmor--about a month ago. It reduced my leg and foot cramps to zero. Unless I forget to drink a bottle. Then I get a painful reminder. I have found that I need the drink even if I don't exercise. Each bottle is 700 ml. BA has very little taste to me. I drink it at room temperature.
