Proximal Hamstring Repair Experience

Hi. I recently had a hamstring debridement and repair with tendon reattachment (one-anchor). I have been doing well and at 10 weeks. I am looking to see what experiences others are having. Have not taken any pain meds (very little after the surgery) and now experiencing pain at the incision site. Wondering what people are experiencing 1-2-3+ months post-surgery including return to sport.

Hi,
I was told that I will have a dull ache at the incision site for a few years. I tore all three hamstrings and have three anchors. The anchors are directly under the incision area.

I am on week 21 post surgery and doing okay. This has been a frustrating and humbling expwrience.
