Thanks Shalom : ))) ! Yes, beet can help definitely. Unfortunately did not work fast enough for my liking in my husband's case so I decided to implement more "radical" steps ; ) . Vit B12 injection did a trick as well as plant based extracts of Fe and vit B.
Apples - part of everyday diet in our household : ))) ! They are now in season - I can not get enough of them : )))
