I was recently diagnosed with bilateral peripheral neuropathy. Dr just sent in a script for B12, without explanation or follow up. I've finished the script & seen zero difference. I have constant tingling & pain in my lower legs & feet & they itch like crazy. I'm also told I have gluteal tendonopathy so the pain starts in my trochanter on both sides (left is worse), and the pain from that is almost debilitating sometimes. I've also have chronic plantar fasciitis,, had numerous injections in my feet but it only works temporarily. Love to hike & walk & its really painful now & takes days to recover. I've been doing yoga for years but can no longer do most poses. Terrible leg cramps at night & a lot of mornings I just cry. I don't see my dr until Jan. I'm very frustrated

Welcome @meabell58, Sometimes vitamin supplements can take some time to help. I'm guessing that your doctor ran some blood tests and may have found your B12 level low. It might be worth calling your doctor or sending a message a message on your patient portal if you have one. You might find it helpful to read what others have shared in the following discussion.

Are you able to call your doctor to ask about your B12 script and not seeing any difference?
