My dexa tech told me that I was only one of two people whom she had seen, in over 20 years of doing dexa readings, whose dexa readings went from osteoporosis to "normal" bone readings. I take BHRT and strontium citrate, no fractures/no side effects with now normal dexa readings.

@kathleen1314 Do you mind me asking your age? I am also now taking BHRT plus homeopathic "bone" supplements and my DEXA scores have improved from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia (except my left Radius).

@kathleen1314 Hopeful. How old were you, please, when starting this regimen? And what doses, please?
