I had one on each of my adrenal glands. (at separate times) I had zero labs that can back abnormal, luckily, I watched my sister go through these symptoms and knew what to look for. We have MEN 2A. My 24 hour urine came back normal as well. The first one they removed my adrenal I had two tumors and then years later they took my other adrenal and same thing, had all the symptoms of a pheo but all labs and urine normal.
