I have had severe left eye socket pain, which has led me to this post; trying to figure out if this is normal. I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis 8 years ago and it has significantly progressed to the point that my right arm is in constant pain, making me want to drop things that weigh a pound or more. This headache is ongoing and has been for a month now. I need to know if I should be concerned, and what the best recommendation for treatment is.

Yes, daily chronic Migraines with eyes flashing. Starts at base of skull, wraps to the left eye. Ear cheek bones and jaw. I also would recommend help from a neurologists. I currently have botox injections neck, Head, jaw for migraines. Botox for Jaw pain and do Physical Therapy and starting acupuncture to calm the nervous system down. I also take Ajovy for Migraines once a month for the electrical pain and eye flashing. You'll need MRI and Migraine daily journal to help neurologist to make right recommendations for you. Best of luck.
