The Dr took me off Eligard and reduced my daily rerequirement of Xtandi because my psa went from 40 to >0.1. It has maintained this low level for 3 years so far. However, the hot flashes and night sweats remain. Several years ago he put me on 300mg of Gabapentin ending at 900mg. This did not help, but ended up with Neuropathy. I no longer take the drug. Am still having hot flashes and getting electrical nerve stimulation on my ankles and feet from a Neuropathy Center. Hopefully this will help. Just wanted to share. Good luck to you.

Hopefully you mean < .1 you have the arrow pointing to greater than.
You don’t mention how long you’ve been off of the Eligard. It can take nine months to a year before the hot flashes become very minor. You need to have your testosterone checked so you have an idea what’s going on. Once it hits 150 or 200 things should be a lot better. My brother had six months of ADT and it took him over nine months before his hot flashes Reduced enough to not be problematic.
I take 600 mg of gabapentin three times a day. It prevents my joints from hurting, Had both knees and one hip replaced so far and the other ones gives me a hard time. The gabapentin eliminates their real pain, but doesn’t help hot flashes at all.
My oncologist had me get depo-provera Shots every three months to stop my hot flashes from bothering me while on Lupron. It really worked, until I went on Zytiga.
