@3740 in my case they don’t know what’s causing it so rough road fixing it. It would be good to hear what fully diagnosed individuals say that adjusted once the causative agent was found. Did they see improvements?
My situation not great but not getting worse. No alcohol, no diabetes, I watch carefully for triggers but can’t seem to ID. I believe Covid has something to do with it but who knows. Dr’s don’t seem to know so how could we really know.
