Not accurate. There are many many idiopathic PN “customers” not associated with chemo or diabetes. I am one of these people. Otherwise healthy, non diabetic, food conscious, active, in good shape PN suffering 69 year old, 4 years ago diagnosed with IPN. Been to many DR’s.

@rybren I too and one of the idiopathic with axonal sensory motor PN with drop foot. Diagnosed at 65 (10 years ago), even Mayo in MN in 2020 could not give me a clue as to cause. Many many causes almost all unknown, no cure but only able to offer some treatments, some work, some don't. For many of us, a mystery. Odd though how many cases start later in life, in 60's and 70's...perhaps a clue??
