Please read my Post. It's about the hot flashes being a "blessing in
disguise" for me this time of year because they're allowing me to keep my
thermostat lower and utility bills down.

I know when I was having that problem at night the bed would get wet under me. It would be quite uncomfortable.
When the warmer weather comes around it may be time to do something.
