Can Reclast be Lowered dose?

@miznancy It sounds as if you have a good endocrinologist willing to revise the traditional dosage for you. Many of us are questioning the standard dosages. My hope is that enough of us questioning standard dosages (one size fits all) will be heard by the doctors we see.

@prarysky My husband is a retired physician who agrees that so much of medicine is “cookie cutter” medicine where it is inflexible and one size fits all. Pharmaceutical companies have too much influence also. It is imperative that we all be our OWN advocate. Keep in mind that doctors are now so tied up with using digital records instead of making notes. Medicare reduces payments to those who don’t comply My brother is a doctor and he just took the reduced payments because he is a true physician. Insurance requires an immense amount of time and employee hours. In other words , medical care is not working. Don’t hesitate to question, insist, present reputable studies, and change doctors if you don’t get the help and understanding that you deserve. All the best to all of us
