I eat about 3 dozen eggs a week.

(Although, they come from my quail so it's not as bad as it sounds.) 😁

I really don't care what any studies say. They are delicious and if I wasn't supposed to eat them, they wouldn't taste so good. (That goes for 2-inch T-Bones too.)
