Hi my name is Jean and have Neuropathy in both of my feet which is creeping up on both legs to my knees
I am fed up of buying machines, creams, oils and health pills and nothing works, I do use a Magnesium spray that gives relief for a short time but that’s it
Has anyone got any good advice is something worth buying to help

Hello @maddie14, Welcome to Connect. You are not alone in the "fed up of buying neuropathy cures club". That's one of the main reasons I joined Connect back in 2016 to learn what others have tried to help with their neuropathy symptoms. Good morning maddie14,
I am 80 years roaming about and ride a three wheeled, semi recumbent 24 inch wheels, about 100 or so miles every week: Rain or shine, my wife and I, with all weather gear as required have over 4,000 miles on our machines: Foot pedal only, no electric assist.
Thanks for your writing and all that I can share with you is to have faith in yourself and just keep, keeping on. Move as much as you can and weather or not your issues continue, the effort put into your mobility will reward you for doing all that you can to keep on going. Attitude is one of my best tools that keep me and my gal on our bikes and helps us to remain in the game of life.
