@cdward1028 It sounds like you may have been brewing something before you started Brinsupri. Pneumonia is a risk factor in bronchiectasis. Good that you were diagnosed and treated and that you now feel good. When I've had pneumonia it takes me at least 2 weeks to get back to baseline. While on Brinsupri I developed a lower respiratory infection (LRI) after dental work. Very common occurrence according to pulmonologist. Brinsupri can take 3-6 months to work.

Lower RI after dental or on Brinsupri is common? Many here have noticed side effects or benefits from Brinsupri far before the 3 to 6 months. I do not think they are imagining them. To me it seems the drug has alot more side effects than we had anticipated.
