@doclarrea thank you very much for sharing this information with me. But I think these crinkles on my cheeks are more from the cpap mask. I've been using the cpap 1 year and I started noticing that it's more crinkles then wrinkles. Things I've tried and still trying doesn’t seem to be working. I'm only 69 and up until I was diagnosed with sleep apena last year I didn't show anything on my face. So I've been very curious if this is something normsl that happens while using a cpap mask, if anyone else on cpap machine noticed the same or something like not having a proper mask. I've spoke to my dr about it but she doesn't know, I've seen a dermatologist and all she did was offered her expensive creams or face lift that would cost an arm and a leg or more. But no real answers to my question. Does this happen using a cpap mask?

Yes, my husband has noticed wrinkles in his face since using the cpap. And, my husband is not someone who pays attention to this kind of a thing. I agree with him, his face does appear to have more wrinkles. He asked me for suggestions. I told him to apply face cream each night before putting on the mask. Maybe that will help.

@summer091111 I've been using a cpap machine for 12 years. Now at 74, I do get cheek crinkles where the head gear touches my cheek on my left side. I think in my case it's from rolling over and sleeping on my left side and pressing into the pillow. When I was younger I was bothered by the marks and used an under eye tightening product in the morning to cool & smooth out the area before heading out for the day. Seems like the pandemic shut down allowed me to forget about it and now I just wear a mask for germ protection (and vanity, lol) in public.
