@christophers Her name is Dr Jennifer Hill. She practices at: Suffolkpelvicmedicine.com in Riverhead, NY.
She no longer treats male patients but I am sure the procedure stays the same for either sex.
I would call her office, explain your situation and she will probably get back to you. If not, there is contact info on their website. Really hope you get to communicate with her because she is really a terrific doctor. Best,
