@jeffmarc Jeff, I'm actually leaning against taking an antidepressant, but was curious about the experiences of others who are in ADT. As for exercise, it has been difficult lately as I fell during the summer and broke my hip and needed a hip replacement, so I walk slowly with a cane. Also, I have COPD, so a walk of about a half a mile is close to my limit these days.
