@trishdub I've been taking fairly large doses of R-ALA (and before that, ALA) for quite a while. Unfortunately, I still have leg cramps at night.

That must be so discouraging for you since others report success. I have two close friends who say it was a game changer for them. I guess it really depends on the cause of the cramping. I hope you will be persistent in your quest for answers! Happy Thanksgiving!
