Do your research—lots of medical studies (NIH) on alopecia treatments. For me, long Covid from October 2023 several autoimmune symptoms previously experienced following other illnesses (celiac underlying)—including return of alopecia. Allergic to minoxidil, finestoride made me ill, I did a lot of research on less toxic therapies: essential oils (rosemary, chamomile, peppermint in coconut oil) on scalp, hair specific probiotic (vegan Nutrafol) & light therapy (Hairmax). Can’t say for sure which stuck, but the light therapy was new for this bout & I saw regrowth pretty quickly. Meanwhile, be gentle with your hair& yourself💚

@mlledaffodil , can you describe the light treatment? I just had a biopsy. Waiting results. Taking Minoxidil. Helps some.
