@joanihm I started the Ala-R a few days ago. I'd taken the regular about 10 days before doing so. I did order another tube of the neuropathy cream and it came Wed. I will be using this stuff as long as it keeps the neuropathy at bay. Right now, it's a minimum 85% better. I couldn't feel to pick up pills with right hand, now I can. Couldn't feel last 3 toes on each foot, especially the right, nor spread them apart, now I can. The only restless feeling I get is when the bone pain starts. I sleep pretty good at night. I'm pretty much back to normal, except for the issues with neuropathy, after about 5 or 6 days. I suspect I'll use neuropathy cream for quite a while. I'm sorta scared to stop to see how well it's really doing because it's wonderful when you find what works. It's all about hope. ❤️❤️
Best wishes for continued success with your treatment.

@carol1024 So glad to hear of your improvement. May it continue. Happy Thanksgiving.

@carol1024 May I ask what mg and how many times a day of the ALA-R you are taking. Can you recommend a brand name? Also you mentioned a tube of neuropathy cream. What is the brand name?
Thank you so much.
