@trishdub I've been taking fairly large doses of R-ALA (and before that, ALA) for quite a while. Unfortunately, I still have leg cramps at night.
@trishdub Is this for restless leg syndrome or for nocturnal leg cramps. I have the latter every night for hours without relief.
