I have been taking MiraLAX every morning for three years now. One of my medications causes constipation. . My drs don’t have a problem with it. I have to be sure to drink lots of liquids and I do take extra fiber to. I am 70. juliefiona

Gosh, thank you for sharing this. 70 is coming in March for me. I do drink lots of liquids. Certainly my diet gives me lots of fiber - I'm careful to make sure it is a fiber I can digest well. I can have months of things working well with all the things I take, and then something shifts. I agree with someone here that said my emotional state and stress level make a big difference as well. Thank you again for your response.
