Look at the company now you can do a simple drops in water . Also natures sunshine , my supplements are coming from fullscript what my doctor put me on. I see her Feb we are going to talk about a parisite cleanse she said she had a good one, but in past I just did drops of green black walnut wormwood complex by now , taste bad but suck it up. I told a friend about it after her last Covid because she had so much fatigue she felt better . I hope this helps .
