I have mask that covers my nose only.
I have had trouble getting it red spot on my nose. If I see that happening I put a small band-Aid over my bridge of my nose and that helps.
I have very low air coming out, but it does help me to sleep better and that is very good

@minnesota10 lol, I also used the nasel mask only and it was cause my nose to chap a lot. I used little covers that I purchased at Amazon and a cream as well but couldn't handle the pain in my nose. I went back to using the f20. I just don't have a good medical device company that truly cares about the patients needs. It's all about insurance money.
