@mw2023 I used this for a few months. The opening to my nose got very big. Keep an eye on your nose.

Did you have a choice of S, M or L pillows? The little inserts are sized differently. The first mask came with one of each size to try. Now I order only Medium for my 3 month supply and replace every 2 weeks.
