Can I ask where exactly it’s placed in you?
Do they try different types of narcotics?
I had a reaction to Dilaudid eons ago.

@wisco50 The pump is implanted in my abdomen and the catheter is placed in the intrathecal space somewhere in the T4-T5 region. I believe the choices for meds include morphine, dilaudid, baclofen, and fentanyl.
