I started with the two loading doses of Emgality almost a month ago. I am finding some improvement. I noticed elevated bp which let up after a week.

Interestingly, I've wondered why my sinuses have been congested. I don't know if it's connected but I'm using Arm & Hammer's saline solution to keep them clear & avoid an infection. Maybe that would bring you some relief.

Years ago, my doctor also told me to take the OTC expectorant, Guaifenesin, to avoid a sinus infection. I look carefully at the ingredients to avoid the added cold medicines. I know when I've found the plain expectorant because it's the inexpensive one! ☝️
