@kikito1 HIFU has been around for over 20 years. More urologists and Rad Interventionists are offering it in the right cases. Find a HIFU expert and make an appointment. There are other focal therapy modalities available. It all boils down to your staging, tumor location, your individual goals, and your consent to try this option with its issues over reoccurrence. Most insurance pays today, but many HIFU doctors need cash up front because insurance/medicare programs are stingy and not paying enough to the doctor.
