Hello,
What is a TURP? My urologist has no clue what to do with this problem. I tried the interstem device which did no good. She says I have an overstretched bladder which does not have the power to maintain it's elasticity there fore I have to cath daily several times. This problem however happened overnight after my prostate biopsy and that doctor is saying there is nothing he did wrong. It's horrible.

@christophers
Did you try searching the web for it?

TURP, or transurethral resection of the prostate, is a surgical procedure to treat an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH) by removing the inner part of the prostate that is blocking urine flow. It is performed through the urethra without any external incisions. This is one of the most common prostate surgeries, used to relieve symptoms like a weak stream, frequent urination, and difficulty emptying the bladder.

It really does sound to me like you need to find a different urologist. Look for one that specializes in incontinence and bladder problems. There are quite a few of them out there.
