@nannybb I appreciate your suggestion. I will look at my local store to see if they have
CBD cream. I cannot do the THC due to other meds. Thanks again.

@agostirl I would not suggest THC. There are some creams out there that are CBD with a small percentage of THC and I would not (myself) even suggest that. I get mine locally here in Oregon and have great success with it on certain parts of my body. I have also combined K-tape with Salonpas pads which are 4% lidocaine. The K-tape adds extra support, like on my knee and also helps keep the pad in place. 🫶
