I had kyphoplasty on T8, T9, and L1 and had 6 months of physical therapy. I had a lot of pain but pushed through it and never stopped walking. Now I use a SpinoMed brace which is designed to help with kyphosis. you wear it twice a day for one hour mostly when you’re walking or exercising and it’s been very helpful. The best part is Medicare paid for it.

@maymore thank you for your feedback! Are you pain free now, I have been doing PT for about 9 weeks and still have significant pain. Trying to walk every day and doing exersies but feel like its not getting any better.
