The PIRADS 4 is probably going to be the main thing talked about. Usually calls for a biopsy.

Have you had problems peeing or with low flow? The bladder obstruction listed sounds like it could be problematic. Definitely ask the doctor what he thinks about it.

Looks like they didn’t find any spread. That’s good news.

@jeffmarc Have no problems peeing, and strong stream. I was looking at that as well, so im sure it will be discussed tomorrow. yes, very thankful no spread has shown.
