I have tried Kuru foot wear and it was not good for me. Very stiff and narrow and oddly shaped. I have flat feet and need arch support and they would not accommodate my orthotics.
My left foot had surgery 18 years ago and I haven't been on a walk in fifteen years because of
residual foot pain. I've used CBD balm with some success. I have the same issue with sneakers.
The laces drive my foot crazy as do socks.
